Baby monkey Jacky had a rough day when a motorcycle accidentally hit him. The incident left him injured and in desperate need of medical attention. Thankfully, a compassionate passerby quickly rushed Jacky to the nearest veterinarian.
At the veterinary clinic, Dr. Amanda, a seasoned veterinarian, promptly took charge of Jacky’s care. She carefully examined him, noting bruises and a small cut on his leg. Jacky was understandably frightened, but Dr. Amanda’s gentle touch and soothing voice helped calm him down.
The first step was to clean Jacky’s wounds to prevent infection. Dr. Amanda used a mild antiseptic solution and ensured every scratch was thoroughly cleansed. She then applied a topical antibiotic ointment and gently bandaged his leg. Jacky flinched a little but soon relaxed, sensing that he was in safe hands.
Next, Dr. Amanda performed an X-ray to check for any fractures. Luckily, the results showed no broken bones, much to everyone’s relief. She prescribed Jacky a mild painkiller to ease his discomfort and recommended a few days of rest and limited movement to allow his injuries to heal properly.
Throughout the entire process, Jacky clung to Dr. Amanda, finding comfort in her presence. She even managed to get him to eat a few pieces of fruit, which was a good sign of his recovery.
By the time Jacky was ready to leave the clinic, he was already looking much better. Dr. Amanda provided his caretaker with detailed instructions for his care and scheduled a follow-up appointment to monitor his progress. Thanks to the timely treatment and compassionate care, Jacky was on his way to a full recovery.
