This is the way i did for my tiny lovely baby monkey BeeBi ,Taking care of a baby monkey with a fever requires careful attention and gentle care. First, ensure the monkey is kept in a warm, quiet, and comfortable environment, away from drafts and loud noises. Monitor the monkey’s temperature regularly using a suitable thermometer. If the fever is mild, you can use a damp cloth to gently wipe the monkey’s body, especially the forehead, to help lower the temperature.
Hydration is crucial, so offer the baby monkey plenty of fluids, such as water or electrolyte solutions, to prevent dehydration. Providing a nutritious diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and baby formula can help support its immune system.
If the fever persists or worsens, consult a veterinarian immediately for professional advice and possible medication. Keep a close watch for any additional symptoms, such as lethargy, loss of appetite, or difficulty breathing, as these may indicate a more serious condition. Above all, handle the baby monkey with care and patience, ensuring it feels safe and comforted during its recovery.
